| Schooling Horse Barn
If riders cannot afford a horse or are not ready to care for their own they are allowed to choose one of the many schooling horses to ride for a while. This is where all of the horses and ponies used for lessons or leasing are stabled.

| The Round Pen
This 20 x 20 meter round pen has sand flooring and high walls. It is where riders may come to longe their hyper horse, or even saddle break it, usually the pen doesn't get used regularily, but it is here for anybody who needs it.

| Rosewood's Arenas (3 sub-boards)
Rosewood Stables has many different arenas for riders to choose from, for all disciplines for all types of horses and people, so if any one wishes to have a change in style, there are many to choose from, all have high walls and good flooring.

Much more freedom than the arena's, you may find lots of peace while riding among forests, meadows, or sloping hills and rivers.

This is where horses are turned out to graze upon the lush green grass. Stallions are kept in wide spaced paddocks that are half an acre.

Close to town these houses are quite affordable. All of the houses in this neighbourhood are ranchers and only have a limited number of rooms. They are quaint and cozy houses and good for someone who lives alone. You are about half an hour away from Rosewood Stables, but it isn't too bad of a drive as the scenery is great. Houses here are $45,000.

| Violet Street
Gorgeous two storey houses are built on a quiet road near a forest. The forest has a park and is good for families with small children. Also there are the horse trails close by, and Rosewood Stables is only around five minutes away. Inside of the houses is very nice, and this houses are a little more on the pricey side.
